Here are some answers to commonly asked questions regarding our cleaning services. If you require further information, please contact our office.
How many people do you send to my house?
We send 2 or more crew members, depending on the size of the job.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?
Not at all! We provide our own vacuums, mops, cleaning solutions and cloths for each job.
What if I have a specific cleaning product I like to use in my house?
If you have a specific cleaning product you would like us to use, please let our office know, and make sure to leave it on your counter for the crew.
Do I have to be home during my clean?
That is completely up to you. Most clients provide us with a key or alarm code, so they don’t have to be home when the crew arrives. We will make sure to lock up your home when we are done.
Can I cancel or reschedule my clean if something comes up?
Absolutely, just make sure to give us a 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
What should I do before your crew arrives to clean my home?
We ask that you please pick up any clothing, toys, and other household items prior to your clean.
I have pets, what should I do with them on the day of my clean?
Only you know your pet and its behavior. If your pet is not comfortable with loud vacuums and strangers, we suggest you secure them, whether in a crate or a closed room on the day of your clean.
What are your rates?
Every home is different, and every homeowner is different. We take the time to tailor your clean to your home, and will customize a quote to meet your cleaning and budgetary needs.
If I sign up for repeat service, will the same crew clean my house each time?
We make every effort to ensure that the same crew cleans your home each time, but on occasion, we may need to send a different crew. If this is the case, they will be prepared to clean to the personal specifications of your home.
What time will the crew arrive?
Prior to your scheduled clean, you will receive an automated call from us confirming your estimated arrival window.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and checks. If you choose to pay by check, we will provide you with envelopes to leave on the counter at each clean. Please make sure to seal the envelope and our crew will collect payment, and record that it was received.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes we do! Contact our office at 860-388-7783 to purchase a gift certificate in any dollar amount.
What if my crew missed a spot?
We guarantee our services 100%. If our crew missed a spot, please contact us within 24 hours of your service, and we will come back out to re-clean any missed areas.
